Remembering South Canyon

We remember the 14 firefighters who gave the ultimate sacrifice on the South Canyon fire on Storm King Mountain, June 6, 1994.

Take a moment to reflect upon the events of that day.

  1. 20 years is so close, yet so far, we have learned so much but the need to push forward while reaching back for the next generation is now more cruical than ever. I for one will not let the lessons learned be forgotten or allow opporutunities to be missed for our future students of fire... More to come soon!
