Thanks Pam for posting this. Crossfit, for me, has become one of the most powerful personal leadership development "tools". It has changed my life, not only making me more physically fit but mentally stronger (personal accountability, awareness, and character). If you are part of the Crossfit community, you have heard over and over the stories about what the program has done for them. It makes people better at all aspects of their lives.
