John walks you through his four steps of transformation:
- Transformation begins with a calling - "I Want to Make a Difference"
- Transformation stands on a cause - "Doing Something That Makes a Difference"
- Transformation spreads from me to we - "With People Who Make a Difference"
- Transformation breathes with urgency - "At a Time When It Makes a Difference"
